About Protect Our Coast MA
As an organization focused on protecting our oceans and sea life, including the whales - from government policies and human practices that harm them, we are dedicated to making a difference. Our team is passionate about preserving our coasts and marine ecosystems, and we strive to raise awareness about the importance of conservation. We provide a platform for individuals and communities to join us in our cause, and together, we can make a lasting impact on our precious natural resources.
Preserving Our Irreplaceable Coasts
Our Mission
Our mission is to safeguard our coastal areas and beaches, recognizing them as irreplaceable treasures that must be protected for future generations. We are committed to implementing sustainable practices and advocating for policies that prioritize the preservation of our marine environments. Through education and engagement, we aim to inspire collective action in defense of our coasts and the diverse life they support.
Our Vision
At Protect Our Coast MA, we envision a future where our coastal communities thrive in harmony with nature, free from the threats of degradation and exploitation. We aspire to see vibrant and resilient coastal ecosystems, where marine life flourishes and our communities coexist sustainably. Our vision propels us to work tirelessly towards ensuring that the beauty, vitality and culture of our coasts endure for generations to come.
About Our Team
Protect our Coast MA is made up every day people from all across the state, who are volunteering their own time, money and effort as they are deeply concerned about our oceans and sea-life. While we currently have representatives in each of the "regions", we are actively looking for people to volunteer as representatives in every single town/city on the coast of MA and will be adding to the list. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering, please contact us at protectourcoastma@gmail.com or fill out the form on our "join" page!! You can find a list of the "current" representatives below.
